A few years ago two friends, Steve and Jonathan, got into a Facebook fight, and as grown men decided to take it inside. Others take their fights outside, but, well. You know. Their fight was about Israel and Palestine. As theatre makers, they decided to take the only course of action available. It was in fact a three-course action – lunch, or to be precise three lunches. During these lunches they spoke about Israel and Palestine but also found out about each other, about how maybe they had gotten to the the positions they had.
This is now a 90 minute show. They provide food. Then, you, the audience brings some too. You sit at a table, eat, drink and listen to the arguments. Then, in the third half, you speak if you want to. About your experience of the region. Your travels. Your story. And it’s Steve and Jonthan’s turn to listen.
