The IHRA definition of antisemitism conflates criticism of the policies, practices, and constitutional order of the State of Israel, with antisemitism. It is being deployed to undermine our ability to hold Israel accountable for harming Palestinians. This obscures the nature of antisemitism, and harms the fight against all forms of racial discrimination.
In conjunction with other groups, PSC is campaigning to ensure that we can continue to hold Israel to account for its grave violations of international law without illegitimate disruption.
Join us at 6pm (UK Time) on Wednesday the 22nd of September as we launch our ‘No to the IHRA definition’ website which aims to give activists and campaigners the information and tools needed to resist or push back against the adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism in various settings across the UK, including within universities and local councils.
We’ll hear from a number of expert speakers and unveil our new website, with discussion on how we push back and centre justice for Palestinians as our main campaign aim.
