11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Don’t miss this chance to learn about the customs around the holy celebration of Eid featuring Palestinian chef Maha Salah! This event is raising money for PSC’s vital campaigning work, and is co-hosted by Zaytoun CIC.
In this cook-along, Maha will be guiding us through the process of making traditional Palestinian Ma’moul. A dessert pastry that is traditionally eaten during Eid celebrations, you will have a chance to make date and pistachio stuffed versions of this delicious dessert!
Maha is a Palestinian chef and food blogger for Middle East Monitor. She is currently living in the UK – her fifth country – and her travels are heavily reflected in her food. She carries a little bit of everywhere with her in her recipes, and is not afraid of merging flavours and cuisines to create innovative yet traditional recipes.
Once you have successfully registered for the event, you will receive an ingredients list and Zoom link via email.
