On Israeli Apartheid Week, when university campuses around the world will be highlighting the human rights injustices conducted by the Israeli goverment Durham are delighted to be hosting Ronnie Barkan. Ronnie is an Israeli human rights activist, conscientious objector and co-founder of Boycott from Within, a group of Israeli citizens and residents which supports the Palestinian call for BDS. He has kindly agreed to come to Durham to talk to us about his first hand experiences. This should be a great experience to learn about activism from within Israel. Please come along to what will undoubtedly be a very interesting talk!
