Hamed Qawesmeh works for the United Nations documenting human rights violations in the southern West Bank. He also directs the Hebron International Resources Network and is a key activist in the local community.
His talk will outline the implications of Israeli policies in the Hebron region, with special focus on forced evictions, thus bringing the voices and experiences of the marginalised and oppressed Palestinian communities to a wider audience in the UK.
