Join us for ‘A just policy for Palestine?‘ – a panel discussion in association with Palestine Solidarity Campaign at this year’s Conservative Party Conference.
Peace and stability between Israel and Palestine is a top foreign policy priority for the UK. This event seeks to address the state of the debate in the UK and undersand how policy needs to change to address the current crisis. The discussion will highlight a political way forward, focusing on the use of economic solutions and diplomacy as tools to resolve the conflict.
Chaired by former Deputy Editor of the New Statesman, Jon Bernstein, the panel includes:
- Dr Tania Mathias, MP for Twickenham
- Dr Kamel Hawwash, Vice Chair of Palestine Solidarity Campaign
- Arthur Goodman, Jews for Justice for Palestinians
The event is free to attend. The event will be held outside the secure zone and does not require a conference pass. There will be complimentary food and refreshments.
