Campaigns Officer: Youth and Students

Job type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £29,496 to £34,744
Location: London, with remote working at present

As a dedicated and dynamic individual, you will take specific responsibility for spearheading PSC’s work in supporting students in campaigning for Palestinian rights at universities, including aiding them take forward strategic BDS campaigns to pressure universities to end their complicity in Israeli apartheid. You will also work to encourage young people to become actively involved in PSC’s wider campaigning, growing our existing networks of young activists and working closely to fulfil this brief with our Youth and Student Committee.

Media Officer

We are seeking a passionate, hard-working communications professional to oversee the operation of our media communications in this exciting new role. The post will work alongside PSC’s Communications Officer who carries responsibility for PSC’s social and digital communications. The Media Officer will work with the Communications Officer, Deputy Director – Campaigns and Director to develop PSC’s overall communications strategy, as well as with the Campaigns team to develop campaign-specific media plans. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering high quality communications across a range of media platforms.

Admin Officer

Job type: Part-time (14 hours a week)
Salary: £24,198 to £30,702 (pro rata)
Location: London, with remote working at present
Deadline: 24th November 2021
This varied and dynamic role will often make you the first point of contact with PSC members, supporters and the general public. Responding to enquiries swiftly and efficiently, you will be providing information relating to the campaign and PSC’s activities. You will also input payments accurately onto databases and support volunteers to complete their allocated tasks. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, responding well to changes in campaigning priorities. You will work well with colleagues from across teams, support volunteers and communicate regularly with suppliers, keeping individuals informed of requests and following up any incomplete tasks.
