There is strong support for the Palestinian people amongst many religious communities and PSC engages with churches and faith groups.
In recent years there have been moves to express this support at an institutional level, for example, the vote of the Church of England General Synod in 2006 to disinvest from Caterpillar and the decision of the Methodist Conference to institute an ethical investment policy regarding the Occupation.

Boycott Israeli Medjoul Dates this Ramadan!
During the autumn period large quantities of Medjoul dates are imported from Israel and from illegal Israeli settlements in occupied Palestine. Many of these dates, often mislabelled as from the 'West Bank', are used to break the Ramadan fast.
Israeli companies profit from this trade while impoverished Palestinian farmers are denied access to land, water and export markets. This year we call on you to join the boycott of Israel goods, especially those sourced from illegal settlements, and join the worldwide movement for national, civil and human rights for the Palestinian people.
